Meet Nicolette

Hello,
and welcome to my site.

My name is Nicolette (she/her) and I'm a branding portrait and event photographer based in Los Angeles. I'm also a trained and certified life coach, by the International Coach Federation. The industry's only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners.

Growing up in France, I fell in love with the emotional and visual power of fashion and editorial style portrait photography. As I started shooting friends and family, I wanted to find ways to bring magazine style photoshoots and beautiful portraits to everyone.

In my late thirties, I decided to walk away from a high-stress, unfulfilling career in sales to launch my own photography business. I realized that if I was going to feel that stressed out and work that hard, I wanted it to be for the realization of my own dreams. Fail or succeed.

Today, I combine my love of photography and life-coaching skills to create a transformational experience for my clients. My photo sessions include active listening, tuning into their emotions and expressions and guiding them toward self-actualization by giving them the space to be more fully themselves.

I have a deep desire to empower others to express their own excellence and to create moments in time that leave my clients looking and feeling absolutely amazing. I believe you deserve to work with a photographer who will spend the time to get to know you and understand how you want to showcase your story to the world. I believe you deserve to love how you look in your photos. And I believe the experience of being photographed should be both fun and make you feel like you are the most important person in the room.

On my spare days you'll find me with my feet in the sand or my hands in the dirt. I travel as much as possible to spend time with loved ones. I'm a proud member of and advocate for the LGBTQ community, and I'm married to a talented Australian visual effects artist, who is as talented as she is creative.
